The Apartment is surrounded by beautiful countryside with spectacular coastal walks on your doorstep. Walking distance to Southgate village where there is a pub, village shop and delightful cafes. In the other direction there is The Gower Inn which serves food. A stunning coastal path runs right around Gower offering the opportunity to explore the many coves and beaches on foot. Swansea City Centre and Maritime Quarter are only 8 miles away and the village of Mumbles is 15 minutes away by car.

The accommodation is in the form of a single storey annex to a larger house occupied by the owner. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary feel. It feels spacious with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is a large corner sofa (which converts to a double sofa bed) with wall mounted flat screen television. French frames open onto a patio with outside seating, and beyond to a very large garden containing many fruit trees and a large motor boat awaiting restoration!

The double bedroom opens off the living space and is decorated and furnished to a high standard with a fabulous contemporary en suite shower room.

Laundry facilities are provided on site.
