The apartment is located on the first floor with the main access to the building on this level. It has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary feel. Although compact, it feels bright and spacious with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The apartment has truly stunning uninterrupted sea views, with floor to ceiling glass screen, opening onto a balcony which is the full width of the apartment. Nowhere on Gower has such a unique location.
There is a large corner sofa to relax on whilst watching the flat screen television with integral DVD player. A small selection of DVD's and games are provided. The kitchen is well equipped with a table for 4 people. The bedroom can be configured as a double or a twin with a generous wardrobe. The bedroom wall is a glass screen, with integral louvre blind, allowing views of the sea from the bed. There is a small shower room which is beautifully finished with basin and WC.
The sofa can open to form an extra bed for one person only - This is available by prior arrangement and bedding for the sofa is provided at £20 extra per week.
The maximum number of guests is restricted to 3 people, including children and babies, as there is only one bathroom in the property.
Please note there is an easily accessible balcony which may be of concern to parents of young children.
There is under floor heating throughout the apartment.
